Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own Level 2 tickets end-to-end, including discrepancy investigations, integration validations, service requests, and on-call support.
- Troubleshoot programmatic workflows, OpenRTB, header bidding, server-to-server integrations, DSP/SSP workflows, tags, pixels, and reporting issues.
- Use SQL, log analytics, and APM tooling to investigate discrepancies, pacing issues, integration behavior, and root causes.
- Validate new partner and product integrations, troubleshoot UAT issues, and help unblock launches.
- Support Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, external partners, Engineering, Product, and Integrations teams with data-backed technical responses.
- Improve runbooks, incident notes, validation summaries, ticket templates, monitoring, and other team workflows.
- Contribute small fixes, configuration changes, scripts, queries, and tooling pull requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a solutions, technical support, or operations role, ideally in AdTech or a related industry.
- Strong SQL skills, including joins and window functions, and experience with log analytics or APM tooling such as Grafana, Kibana, or Datadog.
- Working knowledge of programmatic advertising concepts including OpenRTB, header bidding, DSP/SSP, server-to-server integrations, and AdTech metrics.
- Experience validating REST APIs and troubleshooting tag and pixel implementations.
- Ability to read code and write small scripts or queries for analysis and debugging.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and manage time-sensitive partner-facing issues.
