Responsibilities
- Execute full stack development projects focused on code quality, performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Design and build secure back-end systems, RESTful microservices, front-end interfaces, databases, and API integrations.
- Perform complex engineering work including performance tuning, monitoring, deployment, and scalability optimization.
- Analyze business needs, propose technical strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and agentic software development lifecycle practices.
- Research emerging technologies, establish development best practices and governance frameworks, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack development experience with expertise in Java Spring/Spring Boot, backend microservices, RESTful architecture, MQ, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
- Experience with API design, REST and SOAP web services, and unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, and EasyMock.
- DevOps and cloud-native experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, application monitoring, performance tuning, and scalability optimization.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability patterns, MVC, MVVM, enterprise security, authentication, encryption, and authorization technologies.
- Experience with SSO, SSL, OAuth 2.0, public key encryption, PingFederate or Auth0, Apigee, and entitlements.
- Hands-on experience adopting AI-assisted development tools and establishing agentic SDLC workflows in enterprise environments.
- Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent engineering degree.
- Leadership and facilitation experience with cross-functional Agile teams, development best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of emerging AI technologies, data lakehouse platforms, BI tools, SQL database optimization, NoSQL databases, distributed data systems, and digital banking or financial services.
