Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user requirements and incorporate feedback and actionable metrics into designs.
- Contribute to product architecture, create proposals, own solutions, and ensure security and compliance.
- Implement extensible and maintainable code for products, services, and features, and review code for quality and reliability.
- Execute project plans, break down work items, conduct experimentation, and support safe feature deployment.
- Manage live-service operations, serve as a Designated Responsible Individual on call, integrate telemetry data, and analyze system health.
- Improve developer tools and production automation while supporting security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Communicate with Microsoft ecosystem partners to deliver effective user experiences and product solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of technical engineering experience, or a master’s degree and 2+ years of technical engineering experience, with coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience or interest in MLOps, scalable ML infrastructure, operational automation, policy-driven governance, and responsible AI practices is relevant to the role.
