Responsibilities

  • Integrate, deploy, and operate AI SaaS offerings and self-hosted AI services for development teams.
  • Design and maintain isolated, reproducible, and scalable containerization and virtualization environments for AI agents, MCP servers, and supporting services.
  • Harden AI agents and internal services through secrets management, access controls, sandboxing, network policy, and auditability controls.
  • Write code for API integrations, internal tooling, and automation frameworks.
  • Build telemetry, monitoring, and evaluation infrastructure for reliable, observable, and safe AI-driven workflows.
  • Partner with development teams and global platform teams as the regional point of contact in Sydney.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents while collaborating with regional peers to maintain continuous system availability.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong programming experience in Python or Go; Shell scripting is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and virtualization.
  • Experience integrating and operating third-party SaaS solutions on-premises and with AWS cloud services.
  • Understanding of security principles including secrets management, sandboxing, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience designing disaster recovery plans, high-availability configurations, and failover strategies.
  • Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Curiosity about AI/LLM application patterns; exposure to agentic AI tools, MCP servers, model-serving, or evaluation infrastructure is a plus.
