Responsibilities
- Integrate, deploy, and operate AI SaaS offerings and self-hosted AI services for development teams.
- Design and maintain isolated, reproducible, and scalable containerization and virtualization environments for AI agents, MCP servers, and supporting services.
- Harden AI agents and internal services through secrets management, access controls, sandboxing, network policy, and auditability controls.
- Write code for API integrations, internal tooling, and automation frameworks.
- Build telemetry, monitoring, and evaluation infrastructure for reliable, observable, and safe AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with development teams and global platform teams as the regional point of contact in Sydney.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents while collaborating with regional peers to maintain continuous system availability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Strong programming experience in Python or Go; Shell scripting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and virtualization.
- Experience integrating and operating third-party SaaS solutions on-premises and with AWS cloud services.
- Understanding of security principles including secrets management, sandboxing, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience designing disaster recovery plans, high-availability configurations, and failover strategies.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Curiosity about AI/LLM application patterns; exposure to agentic AI tools, MCP servers, model-serving, or evaluation infrastructure is a plus.
