Senior Site Reliability Engineer
SecurityScorecardResponsibilities
- Design, build, and scale secure, multi-tenant, highly available Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Build and operate AI tooling infrastructure, including MCP servers and secure, governed AI access patterns for production systems.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliability, speed, and safe rollbacks.
- Implement progressive delivery strategies such as blue/green and canary deployments.
- Advance reusable Infrastructure as Code and GitOps patterns with Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Operate and optimize Kafka, Flink, and ClickHouse infrastructure.
- Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD lifecycle.
- Define and improve SLOs, alerts, dashboards, and broader system observability.
- Lead incident response and postmortems focused on root causes and durable fixes.
- Mentor engineers across teams on Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles with significant production Kubernetes experience.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM tooling, including MCP servers or AI agents acting on infrastructure, with an understanding of production security and governance.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes internals and managed services such as EKS, GKE, or AKS.
- Expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Pulumi and with GitOps.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry for observability.
- Production experience with Kafka, Flink, and ClickHouse.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes multi-region or multi-cluster Kubernetes, chaos engineering, resilience testing, security scanning, compliance automation, policy-as-code, Langsmith, Langfuse, MLOps workflows, or contributions to open-source Kubernetes or CI/CD projects.
