Responsibilities
- Own customer provisioning from start to finish and lead automation that enables self-service provisioning.
- Restore database tables, fix data issues, and support customers with bulk data uploads.
- Develop, maintain, and support automated processes and services.
- Support system migrations, backups, and recovery activities.
- Build, optimize, and support business intelligence reporting solutions.
- Translate customer business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Develop skills in Azure cloud administration, infrastructure, and security and compliance work as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on software development experience, preferably with Microsoft Visual Studio, in a role where coding is part of a varied responsibilities mix.
- Experience with databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, including data restoration, data changes, and bulk uploads.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Collaborative, service-minded, adaptable, and committed to continued learning.
- Experience with process automation, Azure cloud services and infrastructure administration, or SOC 2 or similar audits is preferred.
