Responsibilities
- Build, test, and enhance Salesforce Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation patterns.
- Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript solutions.
- Use unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, and related data capabilities.
- Engage customers to define requirements and propose and deliver complex Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, and platform best practices.
- Pursue relevant Salesforce certifications and contribute to the Salesforce community.
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Apex, coding patterns, software development principles, programming fundamentals, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with CI/CD processes, Git source tracking, REST API integrations, Salesforce Data 360, and Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
- Ability to learn new technical skills quickly and solve business problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, identity resolution, Agentforce Agent Script, Salesforce Clouds, Enhanced Chat, Omni-channel, Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Claude Code.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, or Claude Certified Architect certifications.
- Prior consulting or professional services delivery experience is preferred.
