Responsibilities
- Design and develop safety- and security-compliant system software for the NVIDIA DRIVE platform used in autonomous vehicles.
- Perform software development and bring-up activities for next-generation Tegra SoC hardware and systems.
- Architect and design unified, scalable software across different operating system flavors on the DRIVE platform.
- Architect and implement solutions for complex issues and defects involving components across the DRIVE software stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
- More than five years of experience in embedded-systems software design and development.
- Understanding of computer architecture, operating-system fundamentals, and embedded software.
- Strong experience in pre-silicon or bring-up activities, bootloaders, RTOS-based development, or scalable software architectures.
- Strong Python, C, and C++ programming and debugging skills.
- Teamwork, passion for the work, self-motivation, and a positive approach.
- Preferred: experience taking features from inception through product delivery and hands-on experience with ISO 26262 and ISO 21434.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with bootloaders, RTOS, or SoC pre-silicon/bring-up.
