Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and fielding flight software for seeker systems.
- Assist with designing and developing test software for seeker software.
- Assist with developing and integrating Weapons Open System Architecture Framework Domains into missile and weapons systems.
- Assist with firmware development and integration with hardware and software.
- Work in small, diverse engineering teams on rapid-prototyping and development programs.
- Develop technical products, plans, documentation, and briefings supporting program requirements.
- Assist with translating customer requirements into initial software product designs.
- Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of software architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing software using Python, C/C++, C#, and/or Java.
- At least 1 year of software development experience on Windows or Linux.
- Experience with the product development life cycle.
- Preferred qualifications include a relevant engineering, science, mathematics, data science, or computer science degree and additional related experience, or equivalent directly related experience.
- Preferred experience includes Java, VBA, TypeScript, government-program software development, space systems and ground segments, requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, testing, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, missile defense or digital signal-processing algorithms, optical or RF sensing systems, and AI model development involving LLMs, RAGs, neural networks, or GenAI.
- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain the required U.S. government security clearance and the role requires meeting U.S. export-control requirements.
- Candidates must complete the required CodeVue technical assessment and satisfy Boeing’s conflict-of-interest assessment process.
