Responsibilities
- Design scalable platforms for performance, load, and reliability testing.
- Build automation for simple, repeatable production-like validation.
- Improve discovery of infrastructure bottlenecks through stress testing and observability.
- Create reusable engineering capabilities to reduce manual effort.
- Drive technical direction for internal testing platforms and developer enablement.
- Provide technical ownership for test platform architecture and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with distributed systems.
- Experience designing or operating internal engineering platforms or cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience with performance, scalability, or reliability engineering.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proficient in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Excellent technical communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
