Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using a custom SCE UI framework.
- Extend and configure back-end services using Java, Groovy, and integration frameworks.
- Analyze, debug, and reverse-engineer a complex Java codebase.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate logistics requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage builds, dependencies, and deployments while following Git best practices.
- Support the end-to-end release process for individual tenants.
- Contribute to team practices through code reviews and improved documentation.
Requirements
- Solid experience in back-end development with Java and Groovy.
- Strong understanding of the Maven build lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise middleware and application servers.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with non-SPA front-ends.
- Proven ability to work with a large existing codebase.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and expert-level proficiency with Git.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and improving existing systems.
