Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end Search and Discovery systems and help design next-generation AI products.
- Drive key developments, overcome technical blockers, and deliver complex systems with strong execution.
- Ensure sound machine learning design and operational excellence.
- Identify high-impact opportunities using metrics and improve search relevance and quality.
- Collaborate with partner teams, senior Search leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Recruit and develop world-class technical talent.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of industry experience at technology companies.
- Broad and deep understanding of information retrieval, deep learning, large language modeling, data processing, and real-time serving.
- Track record of delivering large and complex systems with significant business impact.
- Strong system design and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
- Experience with search and recommendation systems is preferred.
- Experience with search relevance and query understanding is preferred.
- Experience as a technical lead or manager is preferred.
