Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain system reliability.
- Apply scripting and automation to batch-processing environments.
- Participate independently in team discussions, contribute solutions, and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and guidance on best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience with Job Control Language (JCL).
- Experience with scripting and automation related to batch-processing environments.
- Strong understanding of system integration and software deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for identifying and resolving software defects.
- 15 years of full-time education.
