Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, test, and deploy scalable full-stack mobile applications.
- Develop front-end applications with React Native and native mobile technologies such as Swift, and build backend services with NestJS and Express.
- Contribute to software architecture, technical design reviews, code quality, performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes in collaboration with DevOps and platform teams.
- Create unit, integration, and automated tests; resolve defects and performance issues; and collaborate with QA on testing strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, QA teams, and technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver features.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead features or projects from concept to completion, and contribute to technical direction.
- Identify process improvements, refactoring opportunities, technical enhancements, and AI-driven solutions across the development lifecycle.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate project progress, risks, and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Experience working in agile environments and adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
- Experience with web development, Headless CMS systems, Digital Asset Management systems, and front-end development.
- Proficiency in React Native, native mobile development, and backend technologies such as NestJS and Express.
- Strong understanding of database design, SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Experience using AI tools and APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic to build intelligent features in iOS and/or Android applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, initiative, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for software development, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
