Base Salary
$117k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support key technical projects across business units.
- Transfer project knowledge and key information to other RISE Engineers.
- Network with mentors and Intuitive employees to build organizational understanding and support growth.
- Attend RISE training sessions focused on technical and professional skills.
- Complete four six-month assignments across various functions and business units over a two-year program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated technical ability to learn new concepts and apply them to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in C, C++, C#, and Python.
- Strong writing, communication, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow management direction, meet deadlines, and operate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, open-minded, and able to communicate effectively in written and oral settings.
