Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client engagements, solution design, onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer partnerships.
- Identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem.
- Relay project and developer feedback into product roadmaps and help shape developer-focused go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams on protocol customizations and application-layer platform improvements.
- Own developer success by helping teams solve challenges integrating with Arbitrum technology and accelerating development.
- Lead and develop high-performing technical teams while remaining hands-on with code, integrations, prototypes, and implementation details.
Requirements
- Experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions to improve, modernize, or transform core infrastructure.
- 8+ years of experience in technical roles such as solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, or architecture.
- 4+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable systems and translating complex technical requirements into practical implementation plans.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, and onchain infrastructure.
- Proven client-facing experience communicating technical concepts, connecting them to business objectives, and guiding complex implementation decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
- Experience writing Rust, Solidity, or Golang.
- Passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies.
