Base Salary
$145k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for AI/ML systems, data pipeline infrastructure, search and retrieval, and platform scalability.
- Develop scalable, secure, performant cloud-native solutions using containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, security, and product teams to integrate advanced technologies into core platforms.
- Drive improvements in DevSecOps, observability, CI/CD, and compliance automation.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers and promote technical growth.
- Resolve complex cross-team technical challenges and align teams on architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Require 7+ years of professional software development experience in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, Java, or equivalent languages.
- Require experience designing and leading large-scale system architecture, including cloud-native architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Require strong knowledge of DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD practices.
- Require experience with API design, microservices patterns, distributed systems, and data pipeline architecture.
- Require strong written and oral communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Preferred experience includes AI/ML systems, RAG pipelines, LLM applications, construction technology, document processing, enterprise software, open-source contributions, or technical communities.
