Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues involving ad serving, yield optimization, tagging, and policy.
- Use Generative AI platforms, prompt engineering, and diagnostic assistants to accelerate root-cause analysis and interpret unstructured system logs.
- Create lightweight tools and scripts in Python and JavaScript to automate repetitive operational workflows.
- Submit verified bug reports, test beta features, and improve tools and developer documentation with product teams.
- Collaborate with publisher technical teams, partner managers, sales, engineering, and product stakeholders to manage escalations and deliver technical solutions.
- Support publisher relationship management and scaled delivery in English and French.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience with system design or reading code such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Fluent English and French communication skills.
- Preferred experience in digital advertising, particularly with Google Ad Manager, AdMob, or AdSense.
- Preferred experience using Generative AI platforms and Large Language Models as productivity and research tools.
- Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver solutions, and drive technical decisions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Italian or Turkish fluency is preferred.
