Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and optimize technology solutions directly with clients.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and bridge business stakeholders with engineering teams.
- Prototype and develop intelligent applications, automation solutions, and modern digital products.
- Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and architecture discussions.
- Analyze technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and improve solution effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, data specialists, and business stakeholders.
- Support clients throughout the full solution lifecycle from ideation and proof of concept through deployment and optimization.
- Explore emerging technologies and help clients adopt new capabilities responsibly.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, application development, cloud technologies, data engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Python or another modern programming language.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, or modern software architectures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of modern software development practices and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud or AI-enabled solution experience, solution architecture or enterprise transformation exposure, workshop or technical demonstration experience, relevant technical certifications, and international cross-functional experience.
