Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex AI applications and transition rapid prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and establish development best practices for long-term project success and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of software development programming experience in Python, or one year with an advanced degree.
- Two years of experience with generative AI techniques or related concepts such as language modeling and computer vision.
- Experience implementing DevOps and MLOps pipelines.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with multi-agent systems, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google’s ADK, ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
- Preferred: experience implementing secure agentic workflows using MCP, tool-calling, and OAuth-based authentication.
