Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, validate, and observe AI agents and experiences in enterprise production environments.
- Design agent intelligence using prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integrations, and current LLM techniques.
- Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture selection through production deployment and validation.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to measure deployment health and business outcomes.
- Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs, co-build solutions with customers and partners, and provide enablement.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience and at least one production system to demonstrate.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customer architects.
- Ability to produce quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Interest and hands-on experimentation in evolving AI, data, tools, and models.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time and work directly with customers.
- English and Polish language proficiency.
- Preferred: Salesforce platform experience or certifications, familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex, and hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
