Responsibilities

- Lead the translation of user stories into robust technical designs.
- Ensure 100% unit test coverage for all new logic.
- Conduct thorough Pull Request reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Manage the deployment cycle and document all changes.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of PRM platforms, with experience in IMPartner preferred.
- Proven proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Background in software engineering principles with experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- In-depth knowledge of partner lifecycle management and deal registration.
- Expertise in modern AI agent frameworks and data processing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security features and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
