Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across software environments.
- Manage team decisions and provide technical guidance across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation for custom solutions.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in complex software environments.
- Familiarity with workforce management system integration and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical guidance across multiple teams.
