Base Salary
$134k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on customer-facing tools for mission intake and program execution.
- Develop internal software to improve workflows across quoting, scheduling, and design review.
- Join customer calls to capture constraints and convert them into product requirements.
- Produce technical artifacts that reduce ambiguity and accelerate decision-making.
- Help build the company’s external narrative through technical materials.
- Support business development execution with research and outreach.
- Take ownership of mission-critical projects for the CEO.
- Represent Oligo in meetings requiring technical credibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Aerospace, or related field.
- Strong software engineering ability to ship end-to-end systems.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript and modern engineering tools.
- High agency and ownership in problem-solving and execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in startups, strategy, and business execution.
