Responsibilities
- Develop backend technical artifacts and implement solutions based on business-layer requirements.
- Guide development toward expected outcomes and contribute to team development practices.
- Maintain the health of systems and their surrounding environments, including risks, vulnerabilities, problems, and obsolescence.
- Actively resolve business-critical incidents and contribute to technical product and stack evolution.
- Improve non-functional indicators such as response time and processing capacity.
- Contribute to technical observability and communication channels between development teams.
- Support the evolution of agile processes and programming best practices within the squad.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Java and the Spring Framework.
- Knowledge of microservices and cloud development with Azure.
- Knowledge and experience with MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and caching tools.
- Solid object-oriented programming fundamentals and knowledge of SOLID principles.
- Knowledge of unit testing, REST architecture, API development, and Swagger.
- Experience with Git and version-control tools for source-code management.
- Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure-automation tools.
- Additional qualifications include JavaScript or TypeScript with NodeJS, Python, API gateways, Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins.
