Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and system or application components.
- Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and support distributed computing and big data processing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice initiatives, facilitate knowledge sharing, and mentor team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in data platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support project milestones and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and cloud-based data solutions.
- Ability to design and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with programming languages used in data analytics environments.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in data platforms.
