Responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute integration, system, and end-to-end tests to ensure release integrity and functionality.
- Develop test strategies, scenarios, and cases and implement them independently in the platform environment.
- Create end-to-end use cases to demonstrate platform capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish continuous feedback cycles with development and DevOps teams to improve the platform.
- Propose and communicate improvements to user-focused and operational documentation.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct integration system demonstrations.
- Own assignments across the full lifecycle from concept and documentation through implementation and execution.
- Potentially assume operational responsibilities for a centrally developed test management system.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SDLC principles, code versioning, and Git.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in DevOps or DevSecOps.
- At least 3 years of experience building and using CI/CD pipelines.
- At least 3 years of experience with Linux, automation, and scripting.
- At least 2 years of experience with Kubernetes and containers.
- At least 2 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps.
- At least 2 years of experience documenting user stories and features with Jira.
- At least 2 years of experience working in agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong Kubernetes and private-cloud knowledge in complex environments.
- Experience with test and release management.
- Experience with test automation, integration testing in cloud-native environments, agile scaling methods such as SAFe, or building and operating test management systems is desirable.
