Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and design test cases to assess software quality and reliability.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in automated testing.
- Proficiency with automated testing, test automation frameworks, and automated test tools.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and design effective test cases.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes in agile environments.
- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
