Base Salary
$140k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale core infrastructure services for the cloud platform.
- Design highly scalable and reliable platform services.
- Lead cross-functional projects to align customer and operational needs.
- Implement innovative features that enhance operational efficiency.
- Own the development and maintenance of specific software modules.
- Design and deploy complex features across the software development lifecycle.
- Lead architectural design for new functionalities.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks within project workstreams.
- Conduct root cause analysis on software failures and performance issues.
- Mentor new teammates and provide technical training.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize component efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven ability to design and scale fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Strong fundamentals in microservices and infrastructure technologies.
- Passion for creating intuitive, high-quality customer solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex ideas.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team culture.
- 3-5 years of software development experience with modern languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
