Base Salary
$102k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, maintain, and ship production services, applications, and tools.
- Partner directly with customer stakeholders to understand requirements, create technical designs, and deliver measurable solutions.
- Apply secure coding, threat modeling, vulnerability management, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and domain experts to make tradeoffs and drive alignment.
- Participate in on-call and incident response, diagnose issues, and improve reliability through root-cause analysis and preventative fixes.
- Create reusable components, reference implementations, and documentation for future engagements.
- Learn, experiment, and share engineering practices that improve velocity, quality, and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Preferred: Master's degree and 3+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end-to-end is preferred.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating AI or LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented approaches, model tuning, evaluation, data quality, performance monitoring, and cloud AI platforms is preferred.
- Must be comfortable traveling up to 25%.

- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $102,100–$202,200 per year, with different ranges for specified San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area locations.
- The role may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
