Responsibilities
- Define security architecture and build controls for AI platforms and workflows.
- Develop reusable AI and agent security patterns for various security aspects.
- Design runtime controls to manage execution and data exposure.
- Build security capabilities as code using modern development practices.
- Define secure development patterns for AI systems and tools.
- Automate security reviews and policy checks.
- Instrument AI and platform activity with telemetry and audit logs.
- Lead hands-on security reviews and influence architecture through design changes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security engineering or related roles.
- Strong hands-on engineering ability in Python and another production language.
- Experience designing and operating security controls.
- Strong cloud security experience, preferably with AWS.
- Deep understanding of identity and access systems.
- Practical experience securing runtime environments like containers and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AI security and agentic workflows.
- Ability to reason about cross-system risks.
- Strong written communication skills to influence technical stakeholders.
