Base Salary
$120k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop R&D and production software for next-generation radar products.
- Support system integration of software on mostly commercial off-the-shelf hardware.
- Support deployed software capabilities used by U.S. and international customers.
- Work full-time onsite with the engineering team in Hawthorne, Los Angeles, California.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional object-oriented software development experience.
- Extensive or advanced Python experience and extensive software development experience using Linux.
- Experience with Agile lifecycle processes, Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development methodologies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate on small teams.
- U.S. Person status is required to access U.S.-only data systems.
- Preferred experience includes high-TRL hardware/software integration and test, verification and validation, production-level software development and deployment, DevOps or DevSecOps, software development quality tools, networks, CUDA/JAX, software-defined radios such as Ettus, near-real-time systems, C++, Rust, Node.js, Java, Go, Git, and containers such as Docker or Podman.
