Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, refactoring, and performance optimization of core system components.
- Research and implement solutions for complex technical and business problems, particularly in high-concurrency scenarios.
- Contribute to architecture decisions focused on scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through operational monitoring.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and business-unit teams and share technical knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in Java programming is preferred.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networking principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- High proficiency in Java, including JVM internals and performance tuning, or Node.js, including event-driven and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Kafka, RocketMQ, Dubbo, Zookeeper, Redis, and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-concurrency, high-performance, and high-availability systems.
