Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software for complex scenarios with strong test coverage.
- Translate product requirements into modular, reusable, scalable, secure, compliant, and maintainable distributed application designs.
- Lead design and code reviews for multiple applications.
- Lead sprint teams in delivering new or improved features and resolving delivery impediments.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver intended functionality.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance while driving technical strategy and vision for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of software programming experience, including more than 1 year leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Proficiency in one or more industry-standard programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, C++, or JavaScript.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, relational and NoSQL databases, caching, APIs, message queuing, data streaming, workflow and integration frameworks, containerization, and distributed systems.
- Preferred qualifications include 5 or more years of backend development with Java and Python, 4 or more years with AWS technologies, 3 or more years with Cassandra, DynamoDB, or MongoDB, 1 or more years with generative AI or machine learning, and 1 or more years with React.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, influencing, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
