Base Salary
$188k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and delivery of multi-tenant file and block storage services.
- Design systems for AI pipeline IO patterns, focusing on performance and throughput.
- Implement storage solutions as first-class Kubernetes citizens.
- Utilize advanced technologies to enhance storage performance and efficiency.
- Drive reliability and observability across the storage stack.
- Lead design reviews and mentor senior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in storage systems or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven track record of building reliable storage or database systems.
- Strong production experience with distributed file systems and storage protocols.
- Expertise in systems programming languages such as Rust, C++, or Go.
- Experience with Kubernetes and related storage technologies.
