Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Saily’s Android application and integrate with existing backend REST APIs.
Collaborate with web, backend, UX, product, QA, and support teams to deliver and maintain mobile features.
Debug and resolve issues reported by users and internal testing teams.
Write unit and UI tests and maintain high standards of code quality across a large codebase.
Stay current with Android tools, patterns, libraries, and development practices.
Drive AI adoption across the mobile platform by auditing tools, embedding them into workflows, and enabling seamless agentic coding.

3+ years of extensive Android development experience.
Fluency with Kotlin, MVVM Clean architecture, Room or SQLite databases, and reactive programming libraries such as Coroutines.
Knowledge of current Android ecosystem libraries and tools, including Jetpack Compose and Hilt.
Experience using debugging tools and resolving user-reported problems.
Experience writing unit and UI tests.
Excellent knowledge of Android APIs and SDK.
Experience working with large codebases.
