Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end GenAI and LLM-based applications for enterprise environments.
- Implement RAG pipelines, orchestration workflows, prompt engineering strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs integrating LLM solutions with CRM, ERP, data platforms, and internal tools.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure implementations meet defined technical standards.
- Optimize AI systems for performance, latency, reliability, and cost across cloud environments.
- Implement testing, evaluation, monitoring, and observability for production AI systems.
- Collaborate with AI architects, product owners, data engineers, software engineers, DevOps teams, clients, and business stakeholders.
- Apply security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Support client workshops, technical demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Track emerging GenAI frameworks, tools, and best practices and bring relevant innovation into delivery projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with strong AI exposure and production-grade delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and evaluation techniques.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Experience developing and deploying AI systems on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with scalable backend development, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience optimizing AI systems for performance, reliability, and cost.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
- Consulting, systems integration, or professional services experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools is a plus.
- Experience with LLM monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and AIOps practices is a plus.
- Exposure to AI governance, security, and enterprise compliance standards is a plus.
- Experience with commercial and open-source LLMs is a plus.
