Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins, workflows, business logic, Custom APIs, and service endpoints within Dynamics 365 CE.
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Translate functional designs into technical specifications with solution architects and functional consultants.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, data migration, code reviews, deployment, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Maintain technical documentation and recommend improvements across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
- Proven experience developing Dynamics 365 Custom APIs and custom service endpoints.
- Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE SDK, plugin development, custom workflow activities, Dataverse data and security models, and solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure CRM integration services.
- Strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript development skills.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and application lifecycle management for Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, and access management.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales Hub, Power Apps Component Framework, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure AI Services is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, MB-230, MB-210, or related certifications are preferred.
