Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations custom solutions using X++, extensions, and Microsoft’s extensibility framework.
- Develop custom services, integrations, workflows, Business Events, automation solutions, Data Entities, Electronic Reporting, and SSRS reports.
- Build integrations between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Azure services, Sitecore, Power Platform, reporting platforms, payment providers, and third-party systems.
- Support Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Human Resources module customizations, extensions, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
- Design AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
- Participate in architecture and ERP roadmap discussions, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support Azure DevOps pipelines, deployments, environment management, and releases.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Strong expertise with X++, extensions, Chain of Command, Visual Studio, forms and form extensions, Data Entities, Batch Framework, Security Framework, SSRS Reporting, and Electronic Reporting.
- Experience with Dual-write, Dataverse, OData, REST APIs, Business Events, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Data Management Framework.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and designing enterprise integration architectures.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management.
- Strong SQL Server knowledge, performance optimization skills, and experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience or strong interest in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews, along with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent English knowledge; C2 certification is desired, and advanced computer literacy is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Graph API, AI orchestration frameworks, Copilot extensions, Sitecore integrations, global ERP implementations, and Microsoft certifications such as MB-500, AZ-204, AZ-305, PL-400, or AI-102.
