Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Be embedded at a client site to understand their research workflows and maximize value delivery.
- Map the customer's scientific landscape to identify impactful AI integration opportunities.
- Design, implement, and iterate on production-ready integrations, owning features end-to-end.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and ensure reliability and adoption of AI solutions.
- Capture pain points and work with internal teams to shape future product capabilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-grade software.
- Comfortable operating independently and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex systems.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
