Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship high-quality features across the stack.
- Contribute to backend systems for cohesive product experiences.
- Define and enforce clean API boundaries between frontend and backend.
- Collaborate to support complex deployment workflows.
- Translate complex infrastructure technologies into user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to improve workflows.
- Mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure platform reliability.
- Continuously grow technical and non-technical skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications.
- Deep proficiency in modern frontend development.
- Solid backend experience and understanding of API design.
- Experience with CI/CD and build systems.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for alignment and decision-making.
- High degree of empathy and curiosity for improving developer experience.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative in projects.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
