Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship modular, reusable UI components using TypeScript, Angular, and modern front-end tools.
- Build and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage using tools such as Cypress and Jest.
- Integrate AI capabilities and automated developer workflows into product experiences and software delivery.
- Monitor and optimize web performance, responsive design, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance using Datadog dashboards and logs.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor earlier-career engineers on coding standards and technical practices.
- Collaborate with product management, design, QA, and backend teams to define and deliver customer features.
- Create architectural documentation and technical specifications to support long-term codebase health.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional front-end engineering experience delivering complex production applications in enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, Angular, or modern component-based frameworks such as React or Vue, with the ability to ramp quickly.
- Experience writing testable code and building unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
- Practical experience using AI tools, LLMs, or automated coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT.
- Understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment and travel occasionally for team onsites and company events.
- Preferred experience building enterprise B2B SaaS platforms, particularly in GRC, security, or data-intensive analytics software.
- Preferred familiarity with GitLab CI pipelines, Webpack bundling optimization, and Datadog Real User Monitoring.
