Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning solutions using software engineering best practices.
- Transform data science models and prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Implement and manage end-to-end ML workflows using MLOps practices across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product experts, and international cross-functional teams.
- Develop tools, methods, and best practices to improve ML engineering standards.
- Mentor teammates, contribute to Communities of Practice, and participate in training and cross-functional learning.
- Contribute to strategic ML engineering initiatives and technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in machine learning software development.
- Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
- Experience working with large-scale database environments.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience producing production-quality code and collaborating with software and testing engineers.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously on a distributed team.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience with AWS or GCP, familiarity with MLflow or similar lifecycle tools, and experience with agile development are preferred.
- Background in forecasting, pricing, revenue assurance, or media analytics is a plus.
