Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the end-user web application for healthcare administrators and providers.
- Architect and implement major platform components for actionable insights and workflow support.
- Prototype new features and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Establish engineering best practices and technical foundations for team growth.
- Shape the technical roadmap and influence product and design strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in building end-user web applications.
- Proficient in web and backend technologies such as React and Python.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Strong user empathy and ability to develop frontend UI/UX with minimal guidance.
- Collaborative team player with attention to detail.
