Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of the end-user web application for healthcare administrators and providers
- Architect and implement major platform components, actionable insights, recommendations, and workflows related to fraud, waste, and abuse
- Prototype features and use cases for demos and user feedback
- Establish engineering best practices and technical foundations for future team growth and AI-enabled coding
- Shape the technical roadmap, make architectural decisions, and influence product and design strategy
- Develop flexible UI/UX for healthcare administrative workflows and complex data sources
- Implement functionality related to machine-learning pipelines that process medical standards and records and automate recommendations for clinical reviewers
- Design human-centric AI user experiences that build trust while upholding security and privacy standards
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience building end-user web applications at product-driven companies
- Proficiency with web and backend technologies such as React and Python, plus relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Ability to develop frontend UI/UX with minimal guidance and strong user empathy
- Experience collaborating effectively with attention to detail
- Significant healthcare data experience and HIPAA best practices are preferred
- Experience developing design systems and maintaining frontend codebases is preferred
- Experience acting as an architect on major full-stack software projects is preferred
