Base Salary
$195k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the developer platform including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
- Build application-platform primitives to enable quick and high-quality shipping for product engineers.
- Develop tooling for engineers and AI agents to work in production-like environments safely.
- Enhance developer-facing observability and improve on-call health.
- Advance AI-assisted development practices and frameworks.
- Collaborate with security to ensure safe infrastructure and workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on developer or application platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, infrastructure-as-code, containers, and CI/CD.
- Proven track record of building reliable platforms for other engineers.
- Ability to define and drive multi-quarter initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Interest in AI-assisted and agent-driven development.
