Base Salary
$195k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve CI/CD, including safe progressive delivery, infrastructure-as-code, and the build system across a large multi-service codebase.
- Build application-platform frameworks, abstractions, and paved paths for product engineers.
- Create sandboxes, preview environments, and fast feedback loops for production-like development by engineers and AI agents.
- Improve developer-facing observability, reduce pages, and accelerate incident diagnosis.
- Advance safe AI-assisted and agent-driven development primitives.
- Partner with security to make infrastructure and workflows secure by default.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including ownership of a developer platform, application platform, or core infrastructure at meaningful scale.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform, containers, and CI/CD.
- Experience building platforms relied on by other engineers, with a focus on reliability and developer experience.
- Ability to define ambiguous problems and drive multi-quarter initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Interest in AI-assisted and agent-driven development.
