Responsibilities
- Develop and support systems that serve different business functions.
- Configure and test applications and supporting systems.
- Write intermediate and simple-to-complex SQL queries.
- Apply software development lifecycle principles and programming concepts.
- Learn and work with new technologies and tools as needed.
- Communicate effectively and solve problems independently in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field from a reputable institution with a 7 CGPA or above.
- Foundational knowledge of computer science principles, programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, .NET, C, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, adapt quickly, and learn continuously.
- Preferred: familiarity with Oracle technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, reports, shell scripts, databases, REST, SOAP, cloud computing, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
- Relevant internships, co-op programs, or personal projects demonstrating practical experience are beneficial.
