Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales discussions with Visa distribution partners and translate their needs and use cases into solution and sales approaches.
- Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery, including scope, plans, milestones, governance, risks, decisions, and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate approvals and implementation across Risk, Client Services, Legal, Privacy, and Government Engagement.
- Work with technology partners to design and test use cases and product features and translate integration needs into requirements for Visa Technology teams.
- Develop integrated solutions using Visa products and partner capabilities.
- Advise on fleet payment options aligned with Visa capabilities, partner capabilities, local payment systems, and government priorities.
- Shape market growth strategies, digital roadmaps, and product priorities based on client needs.
- Gather and reconcile stakeholder input and produce detailed Business Requirements Documents defining the solution, delivery approach, responsibilities, and timeframe.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of strong solution architecture experience delivering end-to-end technical designs and integration plans for complex enterprise clients.
- Experience translating client needs into requirements, scope, success measures, and appropriate product adaptations.
- Experience gathering and reconciling input from multiple parties and writing detailed Business Requirements Documents.
- Experience managing complex, multi-party integration projects with plans, milestones, risks, decisions, and senior stakeholder updates.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, software development kits, mobile and web applications, and real-time payments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, client engagement, senior stakeholder management, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Experience in payments, fleet and mobility, fintech, consulting, pre-sales, solution delivery, business development, or partnership development is helpful.
- Knowledge of Asia Pacific markets and payment systems, including real-time payments, wallets, payment gateways, payouts, and online marketplaces, is helpful.
- Experience with design thinking, agile delivery, project delivery certifications such as Scrum Master or Product Owner, or project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is helpful.
- Experience with Rally, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Roadmunk, or Mural and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint are helpful.
- Previous fleet or fuel industry experience is helpful but not required.
