Responsibilities
- Lead functional workshops for Record-to-Report processes across General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Financial Close.
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state R2R flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud best practices.
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules, accounting rules, chart of accounts, ledgers, calendars, reporting hierarchies, and accounting transformations.
- Create process designs, configuration workbooks, functional design specifications, and end-to-end documentation.
- Validate integrations with Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Projects, FAH, and EPM systems.
- Define and test interfaces for journals, bank statements, asset data, and intercompany transactions using OIC, FBDI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support financial data migration, including chart-of-accounts mapping, opening balances, asset conversion, bank configuration, and reconciliation.
- Create and execute SIT, UAT, regression, and period-close testing scenarios.
- Validate accounting accuracy across subledgers, SLA rules, FAH transformations, and GL postings.
- Support cutover, deployment, period-close readiness, and hypercare activities.
- Validate OTBI, BI Publisher, and financial statement reports.
- Mentor engineers, guide secure and scalable distributed-system design, and promote technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of ERP experience, including 7+ years with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud focused on GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA, and related R2R processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of subledger-to-ledger accounting, SLA rules, financial reporting, and multi-currency, multi-ledger environments.
- Experience with FAH for accounting transformations and upstream-system integration.
- Familiarity with FCCS and EPBCS for downstream reporting and consolidation.
- Experience with OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, GL balances, asset conversions, and cash or bank migration.
- Experience supporting multi-region deployments across North America, EMEA, and APAC and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder-management, customer-advisory, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred Oracle Cloud Financials GL/FA/CM certification.
