Responsibilities
- Independently monitor, investigate, debug, and resolve issues affecting critical business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and minimize downtime.
- Analyze logs, system metrics, application behavior, and user feedback to identify root causes.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance system stability and performance.
- Share troubleshooting knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and integration methods.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization within cloud platforms.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify application failure root causes.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
