Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead and coordinate teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards, coding practices, and code quality reviews.
- Make technical decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom solutions with existing enterprise systems.
- Monitor project progress and address technical challenges to maintain delivery timelines.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and CSM Architecture is required.
- Experience with App Engine, Case Management, Integrations, B2C Public Portal, data modeling and design, data mapping and migration for CSM, and Document Intelligence is required.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable software architectures aligned with business needs is required.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing technical workflows is required.
- Ability to enforce coding standards and conduct thorough code reviews is required.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
